Social media dominates our lives – especially the lives of our children and grandchildren. We spend hours in front of screens. It where we get our news, how we stay in touch with friends and family and how we find information about everything from the latest recipes to upcoming sales to how to get from place to place. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has exploded with everything from ChatGPT to deep-fakes and more, adding layers of complexity to everyone’s online lives.
